At ERVA SLEEP, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be: - Unused and in their original condition - In the original packaging - Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number) Please note: For hygiene reasons, sleep masks that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ervasleep.com with: - Your order number - A clear photo or video of the issue In such cases, ERVA SLEEP will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a full refund or free replacement — your choice.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects (e.g. changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at support@ervasleep.com with subject line:"Return Request – [Your Order Number]"
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Ship the item back to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Used sleep masks or pillowcases (hygiene policy)
- Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company.
