Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with ERVA SLEEP. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has been shipped.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@ervasleep.com.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after processing
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand periods, customs processing, or carrier delays outside our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your tracking number is issued.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over customs delays.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ERVA SLEEP is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us at support@ervasleep.com and we will do our best to assist you.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@ervasleep.com — we may be able to update it before the order is processed.
